One of my strange AO glitches (NSFW? Maybe?)

So once in a while my AO client locks up and when it returns I have textures switched around. I tend to see people with grass faces and walls for bodies, but this is the first time anyone has appeared to be nearly naked.
Does that tattoo have Belli's name in it?
