Beatboxing
Anyone heard of beatboxing before?

If you haven't then it's the "art" of making sounds using your mouth.
One of the best is Beardyman (2 times world champion).

Beardyman
Besides being insanely good, he's also a great stage performer, interacting with the crowd.

Live Looping
But Beardyman goes a few steps further, he also uses a technique called Live Looping.

If you haven't heard of Live Looping it's the "art" of looping/mixing/adding effects etc live. I believe Fatboy Slim and many others do this in concerts.

But... Beardyman does it using only his voice as the instrument.

In other words he: records, loops, sequences, adds effects (echo/phase/pitch), playback, all live WHILE beatboxing at the same time as well as entertaining and interacting with the crowd.

Some people think he's cheating with pre-recorded stuff, but he's not.
If you pay close attention you'll see that sometimes he moves his mouth but none of the sounds you hear matches. That is him lining up the next loops/beats/sounds, and at the flick of a button or two he kicks them in.
And unlike most Live Loop talents, since he's beatboxing he's able to correct or add "missing pieces" on the fly in a way that few synth masters are able to do it if at all.

How he avoids loosing his train of thought I have no idea.

Here is a long set of him: (8 parts)
Cargo part1
Cargo part2
Cargo part3
Cargo part4
Cargo part5
Cargo part6
Cargo part7
Cargo part8

How the hell...
If you really want to know "how" he does it, look closely at this clip:
Monkey Jazz
It is edited in such a way (and him fooling around with various headwear) to let you see when which sounds are looped.
In other words he'll put on one type hat when he does a sound, and each time that sound repeats you'll see a mini image of that appear.
Beardyman is amazing at "thinking ahead" otherwise he wouldn't be able to do this and make it sound so good.
