It's about a million years old, but first time I ever stumbled onto it. Can't believe someone actually did this.

Ok, I had some troubles getting this to start. Seems I did not have telnet through Vista.

I tried following the directions for installing telnet (control panel, programs and features, turn windows features on or off) but telnet was not an option.

Finally, I found it here:
