No, I am not really sure what he meant.

All I have for anime, is the "Elf Fetish" (I'm more attracted to elves, not teh short type, but the Night/Dark/Drow, or D&D/Fantasy/Anime elf types). In Real life?

Everyone who has a crush think that whoever they have a crush on has a crush back, when thats almost always false. Im friends with the most attractive girls in the school, but dont bother to take it any farther, because I dont see the point.
