German politician Günther Oettinger made an idiot out of himself by saying English was the most important language for everybody, since every job needs knowledge of English, but apparently EU politicians are excluded

I don't know if it was in the media in other countries but I think it's so bloody funny and pathetic that I uploaded his press conference statements.
