Hypothetically speaking . . . if one were to attempt this meme, should it be posted here, in a separate thread, or somewhere else - say left in a Capitol Hill self-cleaning public restroom to promote the use of those disposable toilet seat covers (maybe it could act AS a toilet seat cover)?

Here, obviously. There are rules. Most of which include taxation and fines and, coincidently, have nothing to do with this...

The only rule you need to worry about is:
