I would be cautious about the long term effects of using such a device. By that I mean, even if it is used for game use, we know there are people who use games for hours upon hours per day. So would using a device like this for an extended period of time on a consistant daily basis have long term physical effects? I would find that quite bothersome.

On the other hand, if it could be used for beneficial practical purposes, it could be a breakthrough for someone, for example, with MS or other neurological disorder.
