Got a line on a temp job. They're going to do a phone interview tomorrow. I'll take it for the pay check, but I would really, really appreciate a permanent position. *sigh*

Sorry to grumble. Just get frustrated from time to time.

*snuggles Valli* Erm. I'd hire you but.. I kinda like live in Texas.. middle of NOWHERE Texas at that.. And I'd A) Only be able to hire you as part of a music/art studio I am WORKING on making and B) Would have a helluva time trying to find a way to pay you... heh...

No valli, that job has tons of benefits, it's the only job that you are able to raise a kid well enough so that in time he'll be paying for you, not the other way around...

Then again you could very well start your own internet buisness selling muffins!

best of luck on that temp job... I bounced around temp jobs for a couple years, some of them landed me in great places.

even got a couple full time jobs out of those temp positions.

i wish i could be hired!

But just after completing my BA in Liberal Studies i moved to a european country where my degree wouldn't count even if i did have a Visa... which i don't.

And i miss my work, i really do. i am one person who can say i loved my job, and looked forward to it.

Until i speak French and have a Visa, nothing for me. i knew i should have done massage training in Cali!
