Apple has no plans whatsoever of releasing it in that way. You'll have to crack it to install it on any random x86 box. Apple is making a move toward Intel processors and that architecture rather than the current IBM/Motorolla hardware, but OSX for Intel will only run (unmodified) on Apple hardware... with the new Intel chips.
So, if you're willing to circumvent the protections on it, you can run it on any x86 box.
