It's spring and Norway's independence day on May 17th beckons. It also means it is the season for scandalous behavior by the "Russ", revelling teenagers clad in red or blue overalls celebrating their pending high school graduation with weeks of debauchery.

Which was later revelaed to be a hoax. Or did it?

I know we had a few pretty outlandish knot-rules when I was russ

And people, do NOT try to spend the night in a tree and at the same time drink a case of beer (which is 24 bottles here)

And yes, I'm speaking of personal experience....
