I assume you're looking for good RSS readers. If so, I'd go with SharpReader or Feeddemon. SharpReader is clean and pretty slick. Feeddemon is a little more cluttered, but still fast and loaded with all you'd need.

Check here for more RSS reader info.

I like FeedDemon, but it's pay software and I'm a cheap-ass. lol

I would reccomend downloading Firefox (if you don't have it already), and going through their extensions, they have some pretty nifty RSS aggregators...

I've been fooling around with infoRSS 0.8.4 and Sage 1.3.1

Thunderbird mail client is great for RSS feeds as well. And, if you use it for your email as I do, it's the best place for your RSS feeds -- all your messages in one place.

I have to ask this question - anyone know of an RSS aggregator that is in conjunction with Outlook?
