and say it with me, please:
E! A! G! L! E! S! EAGLES!!
Thanks. When you live in Delaware, you have so little to root for. You might as well root for the sports teams of the closest large city of the neighboring state.

Well if I wasn't still recovering from this cold, I probably would be going shopping. I have some Christmas loot that's burning a hole in my pocket. However, as it is I did get to see a pretty good football game. Now if only we can beat the falcons.
Hm, Eagles vs Falcons...that gives me an idea...
*quickly runs out to make "my raptor is better than your raptor" t-shirts to sell on ebay*
What do yo guys think? Good slogan huh? ...or War of the Raptors? hm? ...
or have I maybe I've taken entirely too much cold medicine

Sorry Mummu. Its an American Football thing.
Also the no sales tax comment is because most of the states in the US have a sales tax, the amount of which is set by the individual state. But Delaware and a very few other states don't have this tax.

Well I'm rooting for the Falcons(cause I drew their name in the office pool

), but I woulda loved to have seen the Eagles go down in flames against the Packers instead of win money!

That's
Sir Dirty Rotten Bastavich Esq.
And I admit they might make it to the big game this time, if only to lose!

I really don't think that the Eagles D will match the running game of the Falcons. I also don't think that they have the type of containment ability to hold Michael Vick - on the other hand I'm not sure if the Atlanta secondary will be able to shut down the Eagles passing game - but I think they can hold down McNabb.
Nex Prediction - Falcons in a close game
While I'm predicting lemme predict the other game shall we?
The Patriots are a good teams, possibly one of the best, but they were beat before, and have shown that they don't nessesarrily need Ben to play well to win. Their Defense and running game makes up for it, and with two power backs (Betis and Staley), the Pats defense is going to get rushed on.
Look for the Steelers Defense to SHUT DOWN the Patriots offense with the blitz packages that they run, stopping their running game and forcing Brady to throw.
Also the Stellers WHUPPED their ass before - Steelers over Pats.

*sings the Eagles Fight song at the top of her lungs*
Fly, Eagles, Fly! On the Road to Victory!!
Any other predictions you care to make, Nexeus?

Pats over Eagles - don't bet against the returning defending champs (who have won 2 times in the past three years).
Geeezzz though.... I was really really, really wrong.
