I think it's because you got a B+ in Digital Circuits rather than antyhing else. Actually this college is based around providing college credit for real life experience - which basically means that opposed to sitting in a class and having to study somehting I actually have to make and use my skills to their full advantage which = harder than just a class.
As for accredetation it is backed by SUNY (State University of New York) I dunno I heard they were a pretty good school system :-p

And thanks again for the support guys! For me, this means that some of the things I do for GSP would actually count for college credit (so it's kinda like getting paid in a weird way)
