Yeah I mean i want to knw how do I tell who is true to thier word when a person says to me I love danceing and the social sceen i adore gsp how do i know they will be rude or obnoxious MY RULES ARE SIMPLE HAVE FUN SUPPORT THE DJs AND BE PLITE TO EVERY ONE AT ALL TIMES IN VICINITY AND ENJOY THE SOCIAL LIFE IS IT THAT HARD AM I ASKING TO MUCH .... WHT AM I DOING WRONG

You're not doing anything wrong. There is no 100% sure way to know any new member to any org is going to be nice, sweet and a good fit for the org. All you can do is go on instinct most times, and even that can point wrong.

Don't let one person get you so stressed. Look at the others. They're nothing but nice. Everyone loves them. AND you.

Just think of a RL company. They can do all sorts of referance checks, but then be very disapointed when they find the person they just hired while all his refs check out turns out to be the kind of guy that never shows up on time and always leaves early, or worse.

So just remember there is no way to know someone before you know them.
