*UPDATE*
well, seems like luck came up and bite me in the ass, because my worries are over. see, what the problem was is that i share an apartment with an old friend of mine, who is now moving out for another 2 years in collage. know that we didnt share the pad for laffs and giggles: it was so we could split the rent and actuly afford to live. now that hes moving out, i had two opitons: find another roomie or find a new place to live thats cheaper. i put an ad in the paper saying i was looking for a roomie, and i went out into the city to look for a new home. both turned up horribly negative and i was really taking it hard. i have no parental backing so i kept thinking that i could end up homeless. i figured i could get a loan from the bank to help while i looked for somewhere to live, but turns out: credit sucks since i took forever to pay back my student loan. so i started packing my things and hoped that my brother could help me out of this. thats when things changed: my land lady came up to talk about renovations to the apartments and told me how she wanted to take out the door which lead to jergith's room (my roomate) and the 2nd bathroom, make it a solid wall, then put in another door so that the bathroom and bedroom become part of another apartemnt (my neoghbors, who are also family of my land lady, just had another member added to the family and need space). she said that if i aggred to do this that my rent would be cut in half. 850 is what me and my roomie split up, so i will be able to live here and still pay the same rent as i would with jeright hanging around. my ass was pulled from teh fire. best part tho, is that i finnaly got to rearange all my stuff in my bedroom since it was all packed away. i'll be postin a pic to see what yall think ^^. so to make a long story short.....wivi's back bitch!
