Heya all! I just wanted to drop a quick note from the internet cafe on our cruise ship. Kirasha and I are having a blast on our trip (aside from a...um...clumsy ass knee injury I got in Jamaica). I'll post more details on our trip (hopefully with some good pics) when I get back...this thing has already charged me too much (and runs about as slow as dial-up).

But...there was one bit of news I've been itching to share...

On the first night of our trip...in a dark little gothic bar that Kirasha and I fell in love with on our first trip to the French Quarter five years ago...DJ Veldron took a knee before Kirasha and proposed. She said yes (of course!), but it was a truly wonderful moment for us. I just had to share!

I'll have plenty of trip stories to share on my show Thursday night! Hope to see many of you there! (and, Lauri...no escaping the birthday spankings!!!)

Veldron waiting in the internet-cafe/chapel for Kirasha to walk down the aisle. Says another hasty "just a second" to the Minister as he checks the computer again and responds to a few tells. Notices while doing that, the ARK who was marrying them has turned him into Tarasque and he can't cancel the nano. Vel curses aloud, bringing shocked looks from the Minister and the witnesses(Tarryk & Katy)...

This is the best news i could posibly hear you two are a match made in heaven ........grats
