Paddy, not pappy. As in St Patrick's Day. I really find it hard to believe that they haven't moved the rock for you on this one, Mummu. You should know this. :)

Saint Patrick's Day, a holiday where Irish Catholics celebrate the life of Saint Patrick (who holds the distinction of having pretty much singlehandedly converted the Irish to Christianity and ridding Ireland of all its nonexistant snakes. Note that Ireland NEVER had snakes.) and proclaim their national identity.

Or, in America, another excuse to get good and drunk then act like a complete ass for anyone regardless of religion or nationality.

Indeed Bootay, indeed! For I am not Irish & I am not Catholic, in fact though I am part British I am pretty much at the far edge of the world from Catholic and yet I use it as an excuse to get rowdy. But truthfully who can argue that many of our biggest holidays that began due to certain religions & their observances have turned into cultural holidays for any and all to participate. (OK almost turned into a rant /semirant off)

Bootay drove snakes out of Ireland? Koo!

Hmmm, what if they like snakes though? Maybe instead of drinking guinness and acting stupid we should take it upon ourselves this day to send a snake to Ireland? ::shrug::

Hey... wait... I've never even BEEN to Ireland. How'd I drive their nonexistant snakes off the island if I never went there.. and err... they never had any...

*head explodes*

I started today with a hangover... 2 pints, one mixed drink, one shot.

Saint Patrick's Day; The day where everyone's a little Irish. :P ... as long as you drink that is. ;)

(Ignoring the religious conotations of course)

I wore a green bandana today. No "friendly" pinches, thankyouverymuch. :P yeah, it clashed with everything, but I needed Mean Irish Green insurance.

Of course when I went to work, I didn't need it anymore. I was QUITE green at work... ;) cause of the green subway uniform of course. ;) Not that working there makes me ill or anything.

Hahaha! No hangover... Again!
God, sometimes I hate my metabolism. I can't gain weight and stuff like that... But god it's handy when drinkin! Never have hangovers. Booyah!

So, anyways, spent 40£ on pints (No idea what the hell that is in $) and I generally feel quite good about meself, as I slept in all day and didn't go to collage!

The only problem with all this is, Paddy's is now over... :?
Just remember kids:
There's only one St. Patricks day...
But 364 pratcise days!

I think the Euro is 1.04 Dollars at the current exchange rates. I cant wait till Im 21, yet I hope that I keep my super metabolism, which is high even for a person of my pubescent age.
