I confused, because 19:00 GMT/UTC translates to 14:00 EST, so whats that 7PM for?

Success! It was just meant to confuse you. Actually it was meant to unconfuse those non-military types, who don't understand military time.
19:00 = 7 o'clock in the evening. (as upposed to in the morning. )

So it actually is at 2PM EST? Red Tigers starts at 3, so maybe you can combine it with theirs?

I think Ragnarok will just crash who-evers party is in progress after they finish their Christmas fun.
