I've made an observation by just standing around at FT in bor (atlantean dimension). there are almost always 12 people (different people most of the time) that walk past/through FT and they wear newb armor, are not in a guild and dont know how to play... most are newbs i play other games too.. and when theres a newb in the game, its not a bad thing, like darkspace for instance, only about 100 players active.... and its suppposed to have 600 players active... its a game i check from time to time thinking about going back there, but it never had a peak... still a great game if more played it. back to the good news, The Population On Rubi Ka is increasing vastly, and i got a friend to play too, but im not really sure how the recruit a friend thing goes... have you ever expirienced walking into a neut backyard? never seeing anyone there? nowadays theres about an average of 1 person in a backyard sometimes 2, and that Neut Backyards, in an omni one, theres a 2-6 person average and in clan backyards its a 1-5 person average, most of the time i never see anyone in backyards, and in the jobe backyard, there are different GS's..... 13 when i last checked (there are a 50person average in each GS)

In an old omni guild I was in, we took advantage of the boom in new players and started a rather successful brainwashing operation.
