lol! i heard about that last year on the radio when i was driving my car....

I can see being pissed off,
even indulging myself in being ungrateful over winning at all,
but I don't know about sueing over something like that.

If the contest info clearly stated the prize to be a toy yoda, then that would/was/will-be a short trial. ^_^

Well if they didn't have the specs of the contest written down(what kinda jackasses you think manage Hooters restaurants.... Oh, I guess that's part of the job description sorry) and it was all a spoken contract of sorts it might open it up a bit for a court battle, but I'd bet on the side of the Hooters folks. Though she does have the force on her side :wink:
