Likely, none of the new crowd knows me, but hi.

Some of the older crew should at least remember my posting nick.

As a refresher, I left in early December due to real life issues including a lack of income. I had hoped to return after Christmas. Well, here it is the end of January, and I'm still not back. What gives?

Well, life has thrown me a few curve balls lately. Some of you may have known that I was diagnosed in mid-2002 with dystheria, a mild form of depression, and that I require certain medication to even function outside of the home.

The inherent problem is this. When I don't have a job, I can't get my medicine. When I can't get my medicine, I can't function. This makes life very, very difficult.

So, here's the deal. I can't come back to Anarchy Online. Coupled with a mental deficiency, my income simply isn't going to sufficiently cover gaming, student loan payments, and my medication.

I really hate to have to give up, but I can't find any other way to do things.

I'm sorry. You all meant so much to me, giving me reasons to flesh out my characters in Rubi-ka. From time to time, I will still listen to the stream; I can't drop that at all, even if I tried.

I've got to give out one final shout, though. Tarryk. Dude, without having heard you night after night on Rubi-ka, I'd likely have never been able to keep roleplaying. Too many people out there don't care about their characters like I do, and hearing you joke about nearly anything just sort-of inspired me to do well. So, thank you.

Shame to hear about that, but hey: You keep your priorities straight man. It's just a game, and the game won't be going anywhere. Life changes. A lot. Who knows, maybe you'll get the chance to come back to us. Just remember to keep priorities straight.

It's a bummer to hear that, Kaiur, and you will be missed greatly. But it is true, you have got to look out for yourself, and if that means cancelling a game, then it must be done.

Wish you nothing but luck and ub3r happiness in the future, bro. And hey, thanks for the props. :)

Oh man, what a bummer. :(

I didn't know you that well, kR, but damn if I'm sad to see you have to go! But that's life and it's more important.. you know the drill. So take it easy, and be sure to keep tuning in cuz we won't forget ya!
