I never understood that one.

I assume it's a mix of spooky and creepy and is intended to mean that something is "not really spooky and not really creepy, but kinda spooky and kinda creepy"?
And it's also a tween thing AFAIK!

But to my ears (or eyes rather or mind even, bah!) it sounds like a mix between spooky and poopy (making it even more juvenile/tweenish.
And I kinda take it to mean it's "not really spooky and it's instead kinda shitty" *laughs*


PS! Is it just me or is "spoopy" also kind of babytalk?

Yeah, that sounds likely. EIther that or a typo. The curious thing is that it caught on even though nobody seems to know what it means. I have to keep reminding myself that just because I encountered it in TSW first doesn't mean it's an investigation mission. Some mysteries just don't have an answer.
