Temporary hiatus :(

Due to Radeon making decent video cards, but shitty fans to cool them (and it being hot as hell here in the south not helping), it looks like I'm not going to be able to do anything requiring a video card until my new one arrives. With luck, this'll be over quickly. If anyone needs any in game GSP dancer related things, by all means defer to Jez or Mox (I think they have the highest levels of power I can give them without making them leader). I should still be around the forums, I just can't do anything graphic intensive. >.<

I ordered a new video card in anticipation, but I underestimated how fast it would go "fuck it, I give up". I wonder if it saw my order and was like "well if that's the way it's going to be..." ^.^

Now I'm trying to contact customer service and see if I can pay a few extra bucks for the speedier delivery *cough*

Don't ask me why I tried this, but I found out if I put my finger in the right spot and apply just enough pressure, the fan spins as it should >.>

UPS gave me a tracking order, and I should have my new card real soon!

PS: the video card arrived today. My god, it's the prettiest video card I've ever had. We'll see how pretty it runs later on. I can't risk missing tabletop for video card shenanigans.

PS: the video card arrived today. My god, it's the prettiest video card I've ever had.

Yay! Grats! Kind of a shame to hide pretty parts in a big, blocky, opaque thing. Maybe it was meant for one of those cool but expensive transparent cases with all the lights and stuff.

Okay, now I'm actually thinking about lingerie-themed lacy computer cases. I should go before this gets any weirder.

My computer has blue LEDs on the front and a clear, fat 7 shaped section on one side. I also put a fan on the side that happened to have blue LEDs as well. ^.^
