A little engi gave me some pastes from the OT Leaders Channel today, who shall remain unnamed. Apparently, some wise-guy named Lordvaldemor is claiming

a) GSP is 'an inactive guild'
b) GSP is offering to sell Reet's to him for 5mil

I'm 99.9% sure I don't need to say this, but say it ain't so? :rolleyes:

Here's an exact quote, mispellings an all:

This guy is part of a 4-person guild with no description, history, or purpose...I think he's harmless. Keep your eyes open, though...

GSP is not selling our managerial position of Reets Retreat for any amount of credits possible to obtain in the game... this LordVal(whatever) is speaking through his butt cheeks.

If I remember correctly, about two months ago, someone was claiming that Aktrez was selling her managerial rights of Rompas for 5 million credits as well. Most likely it is the same pathetic life form attempting to raise stress levels and cause fights.

My suggestion? /ignore the little loser.

The thing is GSP doesnt own Reets. noone does. well sorta.
Eddie Ignis is the manager. (greenie)
Wyldthing is the assistant manager and also the director of GSP
which is benefitial to GSP

And if Reets was ever to change hands I'm sure Wyld agrees with me that
we would never charge. First of all it's not ours to sell.
Even if it was we wouldnt. we arent a guild after profits.

Anyone is welcome to use the facilities of Reets,
even our competitors. Reet's itself belongs to the free/neutral people
of Rubi-Ka. We do prefer that competitors or freelancers
or other ent/party guys notify us on things they plan to do in reets
so we can avoid GSP and whomever is there clashing and messing up eachothers events.

And last I heard, there is nobody really owning the clubs on Rubi-Ka
there are official managers tough, and sometimes assistant managers.

Even if GSP did abandon reets, Wyldthing would still be the ass.manager.

Wasn't he involved in some RK moneymaking schemes in the past?

This guy is a friend of mine, he told me a bit about their plans.
They want to do in Reet's about the same as Vixen did in Rompa, namely dish out waitresses\greeters\etc., not take over what GSP is doing now

Now if he wants to do that then. hmm!

GSP dont currently provide that for Reets. we provide music and contests and other entertainment.
As Wyldthing is the assistant manager in Reets I'm sure shed be happy to
see the guests of reets getting more services than GSP currently provides.

So while GSp provides the music sure, why cant someone else provide the service Have him mail wyldthing

Shell then talk with the manager of reets and see what comes out of it..

Man, I give anyone a chance or 2. Besides, I'm pretty sure this is a misunderstanding on his part, not an attempt to spread false rumors. I did tell him to talk to Wyld.. dunno how come he didn't.

At least I think this is my bud, he hadn't made his alt yet when I talked to him, but this was pretty much.. exactly what he told me was his plan.

I can fix this problem with this Errant Deviant who wishes to cause havok. Perhaps he needs to be taken aside and explained what "Community Wellbeing" and "Diplomacy" means. Perhaps after a few ....minutes he would understand that GS works only for entertainment, and that allthough you dont own Reets, it might be a nice thing to talk to you first before trying to muscle in.


Then again, I suppose I could tell him there would be ALLOT of angry Smurfs out there if he decided to make the wrong decision.

Oh, one other thing... the reason he's lying about GSP selling for 5 mill is that he wants a yalm.
