To your question, yes we use SHOUTcast to broadcast our shows. For more information on SHOUTcast I would recommend the official site at http://www.shoutcast.com
And to stream to the SHOUTcast server most of us use WinAMP (http://www.winamp.com) with the SHOUTcast DSP installed.
