ok .. I had what should have been a small billing issue with FunCom .. (some kind of communications error) Long story short .. I ended up having to cancell the account. Mostly due to poor customer service.. Anyhow...

.. You may not be able to see me dancing but you should know I have been pimping Gridstream to other people on other games .. and I would bet you end up with a huge multi-game listener base.

I just had a "billing error" as well. I was using a Capitol One card, and AO said it had connection problems when trying to process my current month's billing. Ended up having to resubmit all information, and it finally was sucessful in processing this month's bill. It still showed an account status as "closed" (I think) so I just shut the PC down & went to sleep.

Here at work, I CAN log into the chat server appliction, so I 'assume' that my account is back to normal, will find out later.

thats how mine started as well .. It just wouldn't let me resubmit, I can only assume that FunCom was having an issue and they caught me on a bad day. Either way .. stay on top of theses guys we trust them with very important information and if they can't get the thing working or repaired then that is a huge problem ... just ask anyone whos credit card information has "slipped" into the wrong hands.
