How to make an in-game pop up advertisement

While its intended to help with Cabal Recruitment pop ups, this wonderful guide is great for helping you create ads for your favorite Radio DJ station.

Here is one I made that turned out pretty good, feel free to use it as is or make changes.

Keep in mind that there are some quirks to getting it to work. The code has to all be on the same line was the one that tripped me up most.
