How-Dee! Just dropping in to say hello, and I will try not to be scarce; I do miss you lot! (GSP and Insane Listening People alike)

My life? Well, after a pretty rough year post-AO-Con, things are slowly starting to pull back together for the wife and I, and ... well, that's about it. Anyone not following my web presence probably didn't want to know, anyway, so I'll happily spare you.

I've been keeping one eye open on GSP since giving ownership to Ashval, and I have been amazed at the progress that has been made. This team is really evolving, and I couldn't be more proud. I'll have to poke my head in-game(s) and say hi very soon. Maybe crash a party or two.

Also, anyone remember Aktrez and her Hyperdrive Radio gig? Nearly 10 years ago she was a key player in the AO Entertainment Wars (as I affectionately call the conflicts between excessive personality types that I was a horrible willing catalyst for), and eventually left for Star Wars Galaxies. I bring her up because she is now a headlining personality in the new Syfy reality show "Heroes of Cosplay". Go check it out, it's pretty amazing to see a familiar face (and voice) on a major cable show.

I can recall Hyperdrive Radio but not Aktrez specifically. I've been meaning to check out that show because the world of cosplay has been intriguing to me since my first encounters at DragonCon. Thanks for the tip, that gives me more motivation to check it out.

Who is Aktrez on HoC? I've watched an episode or two (and hated it, mostly because I loathe reality tv.. even King of the Nerds left me with a bad taste in my mouth), but I couldn't figure out which one was her.

That name is familiar in a way I can't remember (I want to say outside of AO). Did she do a song or something that got played alot?

Yes, there were a couple Aktrez tracks that got played a LOT back in the early days of GSP -- when she was a regular listener, natch.

Take it as you will, but I don't remember the names of the tracks by heart.

I think I might. But then I didn't find GSP (and subsequently start playing AO - yeah I did it that way around) until October 2002.

Also...I wouldn't quite put it at "semi-active". We have one stream for both AO and TSW. We have DJ's who do shows in one or the other and a few will do both. As stated, you should drop by. Also we have 2 events coming up which would be nice to have a founding member attend. First is our recruitement drive this Saturday. Next is our 12th anniversary party on May 24.

Yay! Great to see you around. And of course I remember you and the days of Relax Inc. Nothing will ever compare to the crazy parties we had back then with a Funcom CS Manager that loved the parties as much as we did! hehe
