Hi all, just popping in to make my presence known. I don't currently play TSW but I did make it into the beta and what I did play (Illuminati!!), I had some fun.

I've actually been in DC Universe Online for almost the past year and part of a wonderful league (cabal from TSW or Org/Clan from AO) of people that I have a lot of fun with.

I'll let you know if I ever do decide to go with TSW. I tried Age of Conan but I just couldn't get into it.

So....what has everyone been up to these past few years? I've been hopping around various MMOs and playing some single player ones (Fallout series ftw). Here's a short list as to what I've been doing.

World of Warcraft - 1 year (played with friends from work)
SecondLife every now and then
Age of Conan - 2 months
Champions Online - 2 months
EVE Online - 1 month trial
Global Agenda - off and on over a year
Rift Beta
TSW Beta
and now DC Universe Online since...November?

Let's see... I've been playing Anarchy Online, tried AoC for a short while, Anarchy Online, Anarchy Online, Anarchy Online and TSW oh and Anarchy Online. I think that's it.

(and yet Vallikat is still only level 83 where she probably was the last time you played AO. Go me!)

Aside from still doing the GSP thing on the AO side, the only other MMO I played before the TSW beta was SWTOR, which I really enjoyed (and need to go back and finish sometime).

Other than that, Bioware single player games continue to dominate my free time. It's mostly been the Mass Effect and Dragon Age series over the last few years, but I'll still occasionally get the itch to go back in time and do a Baldur's Gate or KOTOR run. I'm doing a Dragon Age Origins playthrough right now that has been eating into my TSW time. I made the mistake of reading the most recent Dragon Age novel while traveling to AO Con, and I immediately had to play again.

I heard the story aspects of SWTOR was done well but after you get past that...it starts to largely go down hill and become boring/grind fest.

I've been doing a lot of single player solo stuff too like:

Fallout 3
Fallout: New Vegas
Dead Island (zombies on a beach = win)
Starcraft 2

I even installed Warcraft 3 and I've been doing a mission every now and then to learn some more of the backstory from that. I bought a copy of Dragon Age Origins on Steam a few months back when it was on sale for dirt cheap but I have yet to play it. I want to get Arkham Asylum and Arkham City as well.

Oh, I logged into the stream tonight and promptly had my face ripped off.
