Better to not wash it down, especially with something you don't tolerate well. And that's the smartest thing I saw anyone in that video do. That and wearing rubber gloves to handle the peppers.
I love the spicy stuff, but that's way too insanely hot for me. That's not spicy, that's just pain. I wouldn't try to eat a whole fresh habanero, let alone one of those crazy things. If it hurts like that, it's too spicy for you! TOO spicy does NOT mean grab another handful! Looked to me like the big guy was the only one there who should have been anywhere near those peppers, and then he reached for more just to show off.

Those are weapons grade peppers. A couple of those is literally equivalent to spraying pepper spray on your tongue. The capsaicin content is measured at roughly one million Scoville units. Common pepper spray is 2-3 million. Apparently the line between macho and masochist is about as narrow as the line between smartass and dumbass.
Although, so spicy it makes you dance a jig /is/ pretty funny.
