i can't attack, i have nothing in social can't use burst or FA or just attack....

I'm sorry that you're not getting any response. I know that can be frustrating and I know me pointing out to you that ARK's are volunteer isn't going to help you feel better.
However, there's really nothing that can be done by posting about it here.

i know no worries tho got is solved sendt a mail they fix it in seconds
then came ingame told me they had fixed it
