so theres this girl at work, yes i like someone i know surpriseing eh, and well her birthday is on the 14th and i wanna make her a gift something with her favorite color (bluegreen) any ideas?

Gah, I saw this too late. You could have commissioned me to create a custom handmade one-of-a-kind jewelry piece for her. I do that from time to time, and can usually conform to any budget. Sorry I couldn't help you out in time.

How about making a cake with blue green icing?
It doesn't have to be anything complicated. I think just putting the effort into something like that is nice. Most boxed cakes are simple enough for anyone to follow and it's not a really huge investment. Also you can just buy canned vanilla frosting and mix in a couple drops each of blue and green food coloring. (a little goes a long way with food coloring so I would start off with no more than a drop or 2 of each and then you can adjust from there)
If you're feeling really adventurous, you can also try icing in plain vanilla and then trying to color some of the frosting blue-green and use that frosting to write a nice message on the cake.

ok you make or buy her like a turquoise turtle or dolphin paper weight...if she works in the office or magnet for a locker..not sure what you all do for work.. but reason is if its like for the desk..if she keeps it on it..u know she likes you lol...its the subtle tricks to finding out things ;P
