So far I haven't been able to find any NPCs beside those mentioned in Yarkona's thread. But you know what? Flying around in search of more clues has reminded me just how vast and beautiful Rubi-Ka is. Brings back the memories of when I was the newest of nooby newbs. I was quite the explorer back then. I had tasked myself with seeing the whole map and I did see it. Along with many, many, many views of the reclaim terminal.
