Hehe funny but a bunch of dumbasses anyway that guy with the club was still too nice.

Anyway you may want to know what has been said at the end.

Kinda hard to translate "n'importe qui/quoi" it's like "anything/everything/anywho" but here in a negative way. So here it sounds like something like that :

Writed:

"It's by doing every possible stupid things
you become someone stupid"

And the pacman guy says:

"It's by doing pacman (2 meaning also mean "playing")
you become someone stupid"
