I'm very happy today. Not really sure why. No drugs in system, save for a couple standard cups of coffee this morning. Work is insane and I'm overloaded as usual, and there's a ton of blah chores to do when i get home, but I'm just feeling good despite it all.

Everyone else should be happy too. Unless of course life is sucking for you right now. In which case you should try to feel happy anyway. Have a cup of coffee and go type something.

Well I have had more than my recommended dose of caffiene today and I'm feeling awesome

Yeah. Actually I am happy. Amazingly enough since the week started off not so great. However, I've made my peace with certain things, gotten a few pats on the back in the last couple of days, had a couple people do something nice for me, met a couple of really nice people, and got a lot of crap off my desk at work. So yeah, I am happy. Thanks for asking.

Yes, have to admit, feeling pretty good this week..

Some things could always be improved on, and certain nerves gotten rid of, but beyond that, I'm a happy little bunny and I intend to stay that way.

And I've not even OD'd on caffiene yet

i gotta add i am feeling pretty god damned awesome right now, my vacation is going mmhmmm good sun is shining, some shiney dude on tv is telling me stories...real passionate story teller...oh wait, this might be some evangelical tv thingy..but...ehh..i love hearing stories

Hell yes. Life is good these days.

Had lunch with the girl, and got all my work done in the first hour of being here. It's sunny outside. Only complaint today is my office is in the middle of the building, no windows.

let's face it, with all the atrocities happening across this big ball of mud, we've nothing to complain about, we're still able to hit up online and talk to our friends

i am happy i'm in a position where i can talk to people across the world with little or zero time delay

Life is a magnificent gift, and I plan to spend as little of mine as possible unhappy.

Anytime I feel things are piling on, any stress building I get a cup of tea and a cigarette and sit out front of the house and watch the sea, and all birds flying about and cars rushing here and there.. and I smile

Life is good.

Life is indeed very good. Just got word from my boss that effective from June 1st, I just jumped up quite a bit in pay

I think it takes alot more work to be down and get through life...so I try to keep up beat as much as I can. I try to be optimistic as much as I can. I also find if you are happy and others see you happy...or you say something nice to them...you will make some ones day. So why not be happy and make others happy along the way

Now that is actually a tougher question than it looks *grins*.
I would say that I am not 'unhappy' and let it go at that.

Given my basic laziness, and given that it actually takes 'more' energy to go through the day feeling miserable and finding things to complain about, I am doing fairly well.

Should also mention that it is not very hard to find someone with worse problems than myself whenever I do feel the urge to be depressed or feel sorry for myself.

I'm pretty happy too. If my girls were with me right now I'd be golden.
