Calling all hands, graphic ideas for new GridStream Player!

The new GridStream Player is in the works (and around the corner).
It has several different tray icons depending on what is going on.
The attached image shows the 4 states in order:
Normal, Connecting, Muted, Stopped
Not the pretties things out there are they?
So if you feel artistic, this is your chance.
Rules? None really besides:
It should "feel" GSP'y in some way.
Make it as a 24bit PNG (with or without alpha transparency) at 48x48 pixels if possible, It'll be scaled automatically as needed later. Just make sure it can survive a resize to puny little 16x16 pixels without looking too ugly.
Please note that the "Normal" one will also be used as the actual player icon as well. (when you browse around for the program on your harddrive)
And possibly become "the" GridStream Player logo.
If you want you could make a 48x48 and 16x16 of the normal one, and 16x16 of the other three. This is also acceptable, and may even be preferred.
There is also a need for a "Get GridStream Player" graphic that will be used as a download button on the website etc.
Look at the current "Launch Stream" graphic at http://gridstream.org/
Make sure the "Get GridStream Player" graphic is no larger than the current one, and if possible make a 2nd one that is half that width too.
Rules? Hardly any, except:
"GridStream Player" must be written in it.
Additional keywords should be some of these:
"Get" and "Download" "Install" "Run"
GridStream Player v2 is a departure from the old one in that it is tailored fully to GridStream Productions.
"Download, Install, Run..."
That's it, no need to mess with urls or special tune in links. Whenever you need to tune in later the player will tune you back in, it will also provide advanced information and update features later. Possibly even live AO and GSP news announcements, anything is possible and optional.
A possible text for the graphic button could be:Get GridStream Player
Download, Install, Run, Enjoy!
That's just a example, feel free to be creative.
