I recently had to change my credit card. Unfortunately at that time I forgot to change it on my AO account. I didn't realize until last night when I went to log on and found that my account is frozen. So I put in the new card thinking that would clear it up. No such luck. It is still saying that the payment is "pending". Last night I emailed Funcom but this being the weekend I don't reasonably expect to have this resolved before Monday.

So I'll see you guys soon as I can.

This is getting to be quite a common occurance, since the introduction of the new billing system, a lot of people have been reporting issues...

Hope it gets sorted pretty quicksmart...

same thing happened to me a while ago...was cleared up in about 2 hours for me though.

Well it took until 9:30 this morning, but I finally did get a response from Funcom and they have fixed my account. Vallikat is back!!
