Anyone still rock Ogame?

Just wondering if anyone still played this from when it was first discussed here a century ago. I love poking at it occasionally, but I haven't in a long time so I'm thinking about starting up a new planet.
My problem is that I never have the time or inclination to really get down and dirty into it (and it can get pretty intense in the battles). I would rather just operate a regularly-updated resource planet for others that I like to leech off me, in return for their occasional protection (and vengeance hehe).
So, if anyone interested and playing or looking to, lemme know what universe you're on and I'll start up in there.

It got very maitenance heavy for me, and I really just didn't have time for it. Might poke at it again, we shall see.

Or I can, I'm about 10 minutes in, it doesn't matter to me at all. I'm headed home in a few mins so I'll be unreachable for a bit anyway. Just lemme know.
Not like I'm going to be taking the game remotely seriously anyhow. It's just fun to poke at and monitor between insane moments at work, but I can't really "focus" on it, so I suck at organizing combat fleets or properly defending myself once I get advanced enough that attacks start coming in.
So my plan is to have people who do want to play a little more in-depth than me basically leech off my shizzle.

No, haven't jumped into that, mostly because I heard villages and combat and got wary that it will be an even more "necessary to focus on" than Ogame is. And I just don't have time. If I can just do a resource-building town that I can check on maybe once a day, I'll join, but if I'm going to get pummelled, it's not really worth learning.

Yeah...that's what I'm finding Mere. Anyway, I can't do both that's for sure, so for the time being I'm concentrating on Tribal Wars. When it becomes too cumbersome, as I'm sure it will, I may give OGame another shot.

Since this thread has already been hijacked. I love my eve
Mainly for the fact I can team with anyone (no worrying about xp) and I can basically change class as often as I want (change ship).

Eve is great, but not what I'm talking about, because I can't play EVE at work (and really don't feel like shelling out 20 a month for it right now). So back to topic:
If Ogame and Tribal Wars are pretty much the same concept, I'm definitely not playing Tribal Wars. Scifi > Fantasy.
I'm pretty much established and registered now, player Kozar, planet Kozaria, universe 8, location 1:407:9
Once I'm high enough rank to get pwned, loot me at will LOL.

I'm prefering Tribal Wars over Ogame atm, you don't have to be as paranoid in TW as Ogame.. having to send your fleets out to some distant point and have them come back so you don't have them wiped out when you're not looking, etc. TW seems a much more defensive oriented game due to the bonuses from walls being so large. It's also got a better interface... Ogame's still good imo, I just think TW is better right now.
At least until someone crushes me. lol

Right now I need teh loot too, hehe.
I'm basically going to be trying to put my planetary defenses up big-time later on, but the startup takes a few days to build resources.
