Monday, Monday...

Ya know, Mondays certainly have their ups and their downs.

Today specifically:

I'm feeling mildly accomplished at work, though still a lot to do before I start my seasonal training on Oct 1. Three months to coincide with my third trimester. It should be interesting.

I've also discovered another flaw in the manual for the software I train. A vital one requiring an (yet another) addendum for training purposes both internally and commercially.

I got hinted at about getting poetry together for a book to be published by my former manager who owns his own publishing company (and is doing fantastic). His company doesn't have one yet under its belt, and he would like me to put something together.<----This is the most exciting news of the day. It means I have to actually put my poetry back together in some form of theme. Eek!

Truer words were never spoken. I didn't use the lotion and I regret it to this day. They just came out, very suddenly. I remember standing there dressing one morning in my 8th month and my husband being like "what happened to your stomach?" I was like "um...I'm pregnant?" He was like, "no, look in the mirror". The stretch marks had reared their ugly head on the underside of my belly, where I couldn't see them except in the mirror, seemingly overnight. I started using the lotion then but it was too late. So by all means, lotion heavily.
