Thought I posted this before but I must not have. Found this a couple days ago, I guess it's a bit old but all fans must see it. I had to watch it a few times, it's just too hilarious.

Okay, that's it, I need to either get sound on this computer or work out a way to send links over to the other one - I keep missing out on the cool stuff! *cries*
EDIT Or I could just log in here on the other computer. I get so used to using one for work and one for fun I forget that gridstream.org does actually exist on both! *slaps self*
Nothing to see here folks, please ignore the crazy lady and move on...

Hehehe, I remember that. I think that's on the season one dvd set.
I love Richard Dean Anderson, and that one scene totally put Amanda Tapping high up on my love list.
Edit! My bad, this was on a TV special about SG1 just before a big episode! I remember now.

This was before that even.
And, in truth, the first Macgyver joke happened in season one of SG-1 somewhere in the very first episodes, also with a line from Sam Carter, where she talks about getting a broken DHD working and says something to the effect of "I think I can Macgyver something together." Also with a follow-up priceless look from RDA.

in fact, I am lead to believe that there is even a macgyver joke in the first episode..
something like..
"it took us 15 years and three supercomputers to MacGyver a system for the gate on Earth."

tK: Was in the first episode of SG-1, Children of the Gods.

RDA also gets a shot immediately after Amanda's line where he shrugs at the camera for no reason (plot-wise).

				Oh man, that's funny.
It's also so very true. All the trouble they faced with aliens and whatnots and nobody thought of giving him a pocket knife and a roll of duct tape. He would have solved everything.

				My favorate was
Harper: "I'm telling you, the guy is huge. He's like some kind of Greek god or something!"
hm... I think we just hijacked this thread
