This coming Sunday, Anarchy Online has announced the in-game concert featuring the All American Rejects to be held at approximately 7pm Eastern Time. Unfortunately, due to legal and sponsorship issues, the audio-visual broadcast within the game will only be viewable by North American players.

However, I can now officially confirm that GridStream will be rebroadcasting the concert on the air for anyone & everyone. So if you don't live in North America, all apologies that we can't rebroadcast the video, but you'll at least be able to tune in and hear it!

woohoo! *uber huggles to GSP* I was wondering how AO was going to be doing this, and I'm glad to hear that the overseas players will at least be able to tune in to the concert.

I heard some one say they were going to redo this later in the week.
...I think Tarryk told me that.

Anyway, too bad it didn't "really" work. I saw about 7 minutes and heard about 5 so... I hope they can work this out. Seems like a damn cool idea.

It "worked" for some people. I had a lot of issues with it myself both with the video feed and the sound feed. It took 4 relogs to get something I could half way tolerate.

Kudos however to the Gridstreams Productions DJs for working so hard to help in this project. You guys rawk! Getting more listener space up for li so quickly was awesome. I can say I was happy to be on hand to help out with shouts and tune-in information.
