I've lost the link to it but I just read a rather interesting article about Vista.
The gist of the story being that a lead programer on the Vista project resigned because Microsoft shipped the Op system before it was complete and functional. This of course wouldn't be news to anyones who's familiar with how Microsoft generally does business. What was news worthy is that someone in a senior position at Microsoft had enough ethical backbone to resign over it. It has long been held that one of the standard requirements to be an employee of microsoft was corrective surgery to remove any trace of moral fiber. Microsoft vice president in Charge of personel April Marlin said in a leaked memo that this sets a bad example and that immediate and strict measures must be enacted to ensure that no other employees be allowed to developany manner of undesirable traits such as good business practices. There was a general fear that programmers at microsoft might discover that there is life outside their cube farms and empathise with said life. This would lead to a loss of revenue if those programmers chose to try and interact with the rest of society. The loss of revenue would be counted in the billions should programmers for example discover personal hygene is more than wearing a car air freshener around their necks.

In other news...

April Fools.

A check is a promisary note or legally binding contract for payment. One shouldn't really mess about with legally binding dicuments.

Get a friend who's a lawyer write up a formal notification of intent to pursue legal action based upon fraud with contact for more information # and etc. When your Boss calls have said lawyer tell him,

April Fools.

Since it's really be pointless to sue for such a small amount.
Unless your American and can get on Judge Judy.

He He good one Fishi One big problem even tho I am American I don't even think Judge Judy could help me out here My Boss is a Priest, I cook for the Priest at my church, and I am sure they have a lot more money for lawyers than I do, Ohhh and I think he got a guilt complex over that because this week we all got a crisp new $50.00 bill saying happy Easter.
