Should be back playing in full swing in a month or so
Posted: Fri Mar 02, 2007 11:18 amWell after months of no takers on my moms house and the constant drain on my finances to keep it up and things paid. I finally settled on a price 50,000 lower than the asking price just to be done with it. This past year has been horrendous for me as far as the money goes sure I could have most likely ended up with a nice little chunk after all is paid but I just want to put it all to rest and not have the hassle any longer. I do believe the amount we are getting will cover all outstanding bills tho and that is my main concern, her doctor bills alone were astronomical, funny thing is if she had made a will the bill collectors would be shit out of luck and all money and assets would have gone to Me and her grandchildren, as it stands now we are at the bottom of the pay out list, how ironic that is. So it will be about a month till closing and than the courts will tell me who has to be paid and how much and I can finally be at peace with my moms passing and get on with my Own life again.
