Makes me glad I'm allergic to peanuts anyway.

But peanuts are so good...oh well can't win 'em all.

So I checked my peanut butter after hearing about this as well. I don't have any brand loyalty so I wasn't sure if I even had Peter Pan, but sure enough, I do and sure enough it is a tainted jar. I'm so glad I heard about this before using it. But here's the thing, I went to the cupboard to check the jar that I already had opened. It is Peter Pan from that same batch as well. We've all eaten it and we're all fine. So I guess it's a bit like Russian Roulette. Anyway, I'm going to take my unopened jar back to the store.

Valli take both jars back to the store hon the recall is for all of it used and unused get new fresh good peanut butter as replacements. My brand is Jiff and always has been so I knew I didn't have any thank goodness. I am sure many of the jars are fine but a bad jar can mean death to a low tolerance so it is nothing to smile about and is not funny in any means

I had two jars of it.. if you live in the south odds are you do too.. :/

Yeah I had one jar and I usually do buy JIF, but the one tim eI don't and I get the pan... I get a tainted jar of it! Go figure! That will teach me to stray from JIF I guess
