I've been plagued by headaches for the last couple years, that even extra strength rapid relief mega tylenol can't remedy. I usually have to go hide my head in a corner in the dark for a few hours before they go away, and I don't get that option very often sadly.

I go to Kmart today, and am walking through the beauty section. And I stop and see one of those little gel masks you can heat up in hot water or cool in the fridge and put on your face. It's on clearance for $3. So I say, what the hell, I'll try it.

Start to get a headache tonight and pull the mask out, heat it up and put it on. 5 minutes later I'm in heaven because my headache is gone, and I feel completely relaxed.

If you don't have one. Get one.

Yeah Dani, I used to get these sinus headaches like you wouldn't believe. So then I got myself one of those masks. It worked wonders! Better than anything. Before that I would do as you did and lay down in my dark room with the covers over my head. When I had to work I would actually sit there with a cup of hot tea pressed to my cheeks. So I was so glad when I found that gel mask.
