Verizon Doesn't Know Difference Between Dollars And Cents

I'm sure some of you have stumbled upon this story by now, but in case you have not...
It's a must, as these customer reps are the people that deal with your accounts and billing.

Audio recording, it starts at the 3rd rep and gets handed to the 4th, then last.

wow, just wow. that is corporate America for you, or the American education system, or something in the water that Verizon feeds its corporate minions. Im glad i dont use their services.

I've had my own trouble with shear stupidity at Verizon. Fortunately nothing of this scale, but this incident doesn't surprise me. That's why I'm now a happy T-Mobile customer.

wow... I have to say that I don't have verizon but my fiance does.. and he has not had THAT problem, but the people in the store were little out there when I asked them questions on his new phone.

.. oh and 20,000 pennies.. is a lot of pennies! :shock: :)
