ok 1. why send a pm to a stranger for no reason?
2. dont try using a language you arent fluent in to say hi to a stranger.
3. dont say hi in some jibberish then loggout
and 4. DONT KEEP DOING IT! (this guy is fustrating me doing that "hi" *logs out*)

I've seen the name before somewhere, as for that comment you didnt understand, it sounds to me like he said "No idea, this is my mates char" which means he is breaking the EULA if I understand correctly.

I'd say just send him a tell to let him know that he's just been placed on ignore for continuous badgering-and-logging out. Then place him on ignore. Problem solved, offender notified.
