There was a gangster in the 1930's forget his name but he was a fat man. Used to always walk near a lady with a Pram when he could. Would otherwise stay on crowded sidewalks because the last thing a shooter wants is to hit innocent bystanders as that pisses off the police and the other mobsters your allied with. It's sound logic as far as that goes. Except if the gunmen are very, very visible as they approach and make a great deal of noise you discover just how fast a crowd evaporates leaving you alone and a viable target. The Gangster in question died in a drive by shooting while in a crowd. No innocents were hurt and other than the continuing tit for tat of the gang war no interest was evidenced by the Police or city hall in investigating the incident. But then Chicago was bought and paid for long ago.

For a while I thought the lead singer was Wierd Al.
