I have to admit, thats a pretty fuuny observation. I like bitter.

Well there have been at least a couple of threads overlapping this one with birthday greets so I guess people don't get it.

Also getting bitter is just a way to ferment. Wine is bitter but sweet at the same time, so there is still hope for old grouchy guys!
