Gifting Music to GSP Dj's?

Postby Lostclevage » Sun Jan 13, 2013 11:47 pm

So I was thinking last night. Is there a preferred method, or perhaps wish list that the GSP Dj's have for music. So that people could possibly Gift them music for their collections. Along with preferred media types (singles, EP, Vinyl, Mp3, flac ....)

Its not uncommon for some of the music request to not be part of everyone's collection, Honestly that is half the enjoyment of music sharing it with others.

So anyways Would love to know how to make this happen,

Obviously we have to be careful about the legalities of this issue. If you're feeling generous and want to help a DJ out in some way, I'd suggest talking with them privately. I don't think there's a blanket answer to your question that applies to every DJ. In my case, I'm usually willing to buy any songs that I don't have via Amazon (if I can find them there).

My fault i should of Clarified, This is for purchasing music for DJ's Through legitimate sources, Not burning, file sharing links, or any other illegitimate or questionable source of music sharing. As this is Not appropriate behavior not to mention the work that has been put into GSP to be 100% legitimate.

I knew that was what you meant! ;)

And, the thought is very much appreciated. I still think each DJ would answer differently about something like that. I'd probably yell at someone who spent their money on me, but I'd think the world of anyone who did such a thing for other staff that might not be a comfortable financially as me. (or...as I am thanks to Kira LOL)
